Information collected on this website

When you submit a form — early-access request, contact message, sales enquiry or demo request — we store the details you provide so we can respond.

• Name, email address and, where provided, business name and store platform
• The message content and enquiry type you select
• Basic first-party usage events such as which page a form was submitted from

Analytics

PostVery uses first-party, cookie-free event counting. We record the page path, an event name and a timestamp. We do not build cross-site profiles, we do not sell data, and we honour the browser Do Not Track signal by skipping event collection entirely when it is enabled.

Analytics collection is controlled by a single configuration flag and can be disabled for the whole site.

Store data in the application

When you connect a store, PostVery reads the order data required to prepare shipments: customer name, delivery address, contact number, order value, payment method and item weights. This data is processed to produce shipments, labels and booking files on your instruction.

Store credentials are held server-side and are never exposed to the browser. You can revoke them from your store platform at any time, which immediately stops synchronisation.

Retention

Enquiry and waitlist records are retained while they remain relevant to an ongoing conversation or account, and removed on request. Shipment records in the application are retained for the life of the workspace so that disputes and reconciliation remain traceable.

Your choices

You can ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Write to [email protected] and we will confirm the action taken.
