One shipment record is one consignment prepared inside PostVery — whether it came from a store sync, a spreadsheet import or a manual entry. Re-printing a label for an existing record does not count again.
No. PostVery is software only. Postage, COD charges and any India Post commercial terms remain between you and the postal department or your authorised service provider.
Planned behaviour is a soft limit: you will see a warning in the workspace and can either upgrade or continue on a per-record overage. Final overage pricing is not fixed yet.
Yes. Plans are intended to be changed at any time, with the difference pro-rated for the remaining period once billing goes live.
The provisional yearly price is equivalent to ten months of the monthly price. Both options are shown with the billing selector above.
