Install and approve scopes
Approve read access to orders and products, and write access for fulfilment references. No storefront script is installed.

Choose what syncs
Pick the order statuses, payment types and tags that should enter the dispatch queue. Everything else stays out of your way.

Run a seven-day backfill
Start with the last week of orders, review the queue, print ten labels and confirm the output before scaling up.
The shipping workflow
- Order syncAddresses, line items, payment method, weights and tags arrive with each order.
- Eligibility filtersFilter by fulfilment status, COD or prepaid, weight band, destination PIN or tag.
- Bulk preparationApply a service and package profile to a selection and prepare every consignment together.
- Labels and manifestGenerate a merged label PDF for the batch, then a manifest for handover.
- Reference write-backShipment references are attached to the Shopify order so support and notifications stay accurate.
- Multiple storesGrowth and Business plans are designed for more than one store feeding a single queue.
Current limitations
- The app is in private beta and has not been published on the Shopify App Store.
- PostVery does not sell postage, set tariffs or guarantee delivery timelines.
- Rate display at checkout is not part of the beta scope.
- Orders that need a different courier should be excluded with filters or tags.
Bulk booking methods differ: spreadsheet preparation works with your existing arrangement, while direct API booking requires an eligible India Post contractual account and approval.

Not yet. It is in private beta with a limited group of merchants, and the install link is shared directly with waitlisted stores. We will not describe it as published until it is listed.
Read access to orders and products so shipments can be prepared with correct addresses and weights, and write access to fulfilments so shipment references can be attached to the order.
No. There is no storefront script, no theme edit and no checkout change. The integration works entirely from the order side.
Yes. Use filters or an order tag to control which orders enter the PostVery queue and keep the rest in your existing tool.
Yes. COD orders carry the collectable amount through to the shipment record and the label, and feed the COD reconciliation workspace.
Synchronisation stops immediately. Shipment records you already created remain available for export for thirty days, and can be deleted on request.
