WooCommerce shipping workflow for India Post
Most WooCommerce sellers end up with a shipping spreadsheet: export orders, clean the columns, prepare a booking file, paste tracking numbers back. PostVery replaces that loop with a connected queue.

Connect a WordPress store securely, pull orders into the same dispatch workspace, and stop maintaining a parallel spreadsheet for every booking run.
- Secure store connectionConnect using scoped WooCommerce REST credentials over HTTPS. Keys stay server-side and can be revoked from WordPress at any time.
- Order import and synchronisationImport orders by status and date range, then keep the queue updated as new orders arrive.
- Bulk processingPrepare consignments, assign references and generate labels for an entire batch of orders.
- Tracking references on ordersShipment references are stored against the Woo order so support staff can answer 'where is my parcel' from WordPress.
- Configurable workflowsMap which Woo order statuses enter the queue and which status an order moves to after dispatch.
- Compatibility-consciousBuilt against the WooCommerce REST API and tested with common order and checkout plugins rather than relying on theme internals.
Connection options
Two approaches are supported in the beta: a REST API key pair generated inside WooCommerce, or the PostVery helper plugin when you prefer a guided setup inside WordPress.
- REST connection requires WooCommerce 7.0+ and HTTPS
- Read access to orders and write access for order meta and status
- Credentials can be revoked in WordPress without touching PostVery
Keeping WordPress tidy
Shipment references are written to order meta with a predictable key so your theme, order emails or a tracking page template can read them. Nothing is stored in post content.
Compatibility notes
Stores with heavily customised checkout fields may need a one-time field mapping. High Performance Order Storage (HPOS) is supported through the REST API.
The WooCommerce plugin is in private beta and has not been published to the WordPress plugin directory.

WooCommerce Shipping questions
Still unsure? Ask us directly.
No. A REST API key pair is enough. The plugin only adds a guided setup screen and order-meta display inside WordPress.
The beta targets WooCommerce 7.0 and above on PHP 7.4+. Older versions may work but are not part of the test matrix.
Order reads happen from PostVery's servers on a schedule you control. There is no front-end script and no checkout change.
Put your India Post dispatch on autopilot.
Start with spreadsheet imports today and move your store connection across when your beta slot opens. No card is collected during early access.
